The NowTimeToLive application (hereinafter "the Application") provides an annual calendar tool and a gamified goal setting system. By using the Application, you accept these terms.
Article 1 : Description of Service and Disclaimer "Freedom Days"
The Application provides tools for visualizing remaining time (feature "Freedom Days").
- Data Source : Calculations of remaining life time are based on the average life expectancy in France (source INSEE).
- Limitation of Liability : This data is provided for purely indicative and symbolic purposes. It does not under any circumstances constitute an exact medical, biological, or statistical prediction of the user's life.
- Objective : The display of this data is intended solely to foster awareness of the precious nature of time and to assist in prioritizing personal goals. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for calculation errors, inaccuracies in the source data, or interpretations made by the user.
Article 2 : Subscription and Payment
- Free Trial : The user benefits from a 30-day free trial period starting from the creation of their account.
- Pricing : After the trial, access to "Pro" features is billed at €20 including tax per year.
- Payment Management : Transactions are secured and processed by our provider Stripe. No banking details are stored on our own servers.
Article 3 : Liability
The publisher strives to ensure the availability of the service but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance or technical providers (Supabase, Stripe). The application is an organizational aid tool; the user remains solely responsible for their decisions.
